Four attendees at our last Kabbalah meeting came up with some great ideas for future meetings.
After the Ana B'Koach prayer led by Alex and a short meditation we first talked about things we appreciate about our group: inclusive, supportive, inspirational, uplifting, deep, communicative and accepting of many spiritual ideas. Please add your own comments!
Next we discussed our future direction and came up with two ideas I'm really excited about!
1) Kabbalah collages at our next meeting! Janet had the idea to allow ourselves to be free with our personal visions expressed with collage materials on a personal collage. (We would first do a short meditation.) Then perhaps on a large sheet of paper we could place where our personal vision collage would fit on the tree of life. Collaging could possibly take up more than one meeting. And/Or, more hands on fun, inspirational, spiritual and creative activities .
2) Plan a one day retreat maybe for the spring. I can share again my information about Metta Earth.
We signed up to bring materials for collage making. So far:
Ellen poster paper
Annette: glue, tape and other fasteners
Alex: magazines for cutting
Additional materials ideas include quotes on index cards, ribbons, interesting scraps of paper etc. Click here for more suggestions.
