Kabbalah 1

It was wonderful to connect at the Wednesday, Sept. 4 meeting after the summer hiatus.

After a delicious cooperative meal we said the Ana B'Koach prayer. Alex remarked that the prayer is quite helpful for falling asleep at night. After some discussion, we decided to watch the Kabbalah 1 series beginning with our next meeting on October 2. We will watch the first 40 min. video then have a discussion.

We will also continue to use the Kabbalah cards to prompt even more discussion.

May Janet continue to heal from a problem tooth.
