Kabbalah 1

We did watch Kabbalah 1 this week. The teacher in this first in a series of videos explained that we are conscious of 1% of reality as experienced through our five senses. Perhaps the next video will delve into how to access the remaining 99% through our conscious awareness. Pausing, intention and appreciating or seeing the blessing in every situation may have something to do with seeing the 99% reflected in our perception of the world. So perhaps next time we can say the Ana B'Koach prayer, look at the Kabbalah cards again, have a discussion on our personal experiences of the infinite (suggested by Annette who couldn't make it this week) and watch the second Kabbalah 1 video. Our next meeting will be Monday, December 9.
