In Class 2, lesson 4 Eitan Yardeni described how we can move beyond the confines of physical reality or the world we perceive with our five senses and connect to the endless metaphysical reality. One method is to meditate on the Hebrew Letters. After class we spoke about meditation as a tool in general.
Pausing and asking the light of the creator for assistance whenever you feel negative energy or have the urge to say something bad about someone is another method for drawing positive energy from the metaphysical world.
After class we spoke about how we have choices even when it seems very difficult. Sometimes if I'm in a very negative place, I simply hold the feeling of usually fear/anxiety. While holding this feeling and not running away, I simultaneously feel the presence of God/creator/source. Eventually the fear dissipates and allows me to relax opening the door for change.
Eitan spoke about finding a way to allow ourselves to go behind the physical and connect to the endless world of possibilities. Meditation is an important tool. The 22 Hebrew letters arranged in different sequences connects to different energies or the 72 names of God.
Next class on Zoom will be Monday, Oct. 11 6-7:30+.
